My work blends science-based nutrition, intentional movement, and mindset coaching so you can understand your body, support your metabolism, and create habits that actually fit your life. This is not about perfection or punishment. It is about learning how to fuel your body, move with purpose, and reconnect to yourself in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and real.

Here's how I know all of this...
My journey into health and wellness started with my own healing.
In my early twenties, I overcame addiction and found yoga during a season when I was searching for stability, clarity, and a sense of self. Through breath, movement, and consistent inner work, I rebuilt my relationship with my body and my mind. What began as personal healing became a calling.
Over the last decade, I have combined my experience as a master-level yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Green Door Life coach to help women create real, lasting change. I teach with intention, balancing strength and compassion, education and embodiment.
My clients learn how their metabolism actually works. They heal their relationship with food. They stop relying on extremes and start building consistency. They gain confidence, clarity, and a sense of control that does not come from restriction, but from understanding.
And most importantly, they stop feeling like they are failing at health and start feeling capable, empowered, and at home in their bodies.
