Erika Fischer, Certified Green Door Life Coach
When you join The Green Door Life, Erika Fischer will be your dedicated lead coach guiding you through every step of your transformation.
Erika is a certified Green Door Life coach who brings over a decade of experience as a 500hr E-RYT yoga instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition consultant through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and National Academy of Metabolic Science.
But what makes Erika an exceptional coach goes beyond credentials.
Her own journey into health and wellness started with healing. In her early twenties, she overcame addiction and found yoga during a season when she was searching for stability, clarity, and a sense of self. Through breath, movement, and consistent inner work, she rebuilt her relationship with her body and her mind.
That experience taught her that true transformation isn't about perfection—it's about understanding your body, honoring its signals, and building habits that actually support you.
