Over the last decade, I've worked with hundreds of women as a 500hr E-RYT yoga instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition consultant. I've also completed advanced training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a certified Green Door Life coach—one of the most comprehensive programs for metabolic health, food freedom, and sustainable fitness.
