Yoga for Recovery
Whether recovering from addiction from drugs, alcohol or food, or are simply exploring your relationship to things in your life that no longer serve you, come share your experience with other like-minded individuals. This 6 week series provides a safe space to open our minds and our hearts through connection with others, and the practice of meditation and yoga. All are welcome.
What to expect
Class will open with a 5 minute grounding meditation, followed by a 10 minute speaker who will share their inspirational experience of recovery and overcoming addiction. They will then lead a 15 minute discussion where participants are welcome to share, or just listen, as they feel comfortable. The last hour is reserved for an all levels, soulful vinyasa class.
